Chipmunk cheeks
So.. this is really dumb, but I try to pay attention to little quirks I have. I will seriously keep shoving food in my mouth until my whole cheek is full, then realize that I can't even chew. Yikes.

almond milk - 3/4 cup jello sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding (small box) cool whip lite (8oz) almond extract - 2 tsp Put in on fruit y'all!

Diet Plan
I seem to be having a hard time finding a diet plan. I'm not terribly picky. I am not big on pork, or fish. I don't eat tomatoes. That's all I can think of. I'm 5'11, 167. I would like to get down to 155. I just started at the gym yesterday. I want to eat better, and lose a few pounds & yes.. I have googled diet plans.…

Late night cravings!
I get the worse late night cravings. It's not for anything specific. I just feel like I need to eat something every night. I eat well through out the day, but no matter what I find something to munch on.

I love salt!
I seriously over salt everything. Doesn't matter what it is! I am eating lemon pepper salted green beans right now. Any suggestions on healthier options?
