There are so many diff brands and models and everyone is diff. YOu can get 50 responses on here and 50 suggestions and of those 50 they may have bad things to say about many of the other models people recommend!


Go to a specialty store where they know what they are talking about and have many, many diff brands and styles. They will check out your gait and your feet and recommend the best ones.

After you get your first pair there (and many offer a return policy!) you can look online or wherever to find your next pair! WHen you find a pair you like, stick with that model as long as they keep offering it.

Last thing you want to do is order some pair online or at a big box store on someones recommendation.

I checked last night at our run group. 14 diff people, 6 diff brands and not one person had the same model!

Hahaha, yeah too bad the Pens are out.. I think they could of gone all the way this year. & I'm really pullin for the Steelers this year & thanks for the suggestion!
