Hola. Como sigues con tu progreso? (acabo de ver tu post) Yo lo hago al revés, 5 comidas diarias muy igualaditas, de unas 350 kcal cada una, sin sensación de hambre jamás. Ya me funcionó en el pasado, y me sigue funcionando ahora.
