Lifting: 2-3
Cardio: 2-3
So 4-6 total, depending on what's happening (right now training for a 1/2 marathon, so less lifting, more running, especially when long runs get over 90 min)0 -
Probably 7-8 total.
Per week
Lifting: about 4.5
Cardio: About 30 -
I do 3-4 strength training sessions per week, 45 minutes to an hour per day. No cardio.0

I exercise for about 45-60 minutes per session, whether cardio or weight lifting. I lift weights 4 times per week. I do cardio 2-3 times a week. Grand total of about 5-6 hours a week.0

I do 5.5 hrs cardio and approximately 2.5hrs of lifting a week. Sounds crazy when it's added up!0

12 weight training sessions a week, each about 1 - 1.5 hours long depending on the muscle group trained.0

This month I started out at 5xs a week about 40 minutes each.
Next month I want to do 6xs a week at least an hour each, hopefully an hour & 1/2 3xs/wk.0 -
now, winter training:
3 days/week lifting (70 min)
3 days/week cardio (running 60 min, MTB 120-180 min, basket 120 min, padel 120 min..)
always alternating days.0 -
3 weight sessions 45 mins tops. 1 cardio 60 mins. 1 meta con circuit 60 mins (currently doing 300 workout sub 30mins (optional). 1 game of football (soccer) 90 mins. 1 maybe 2 rest days0

8 hours per week of cardio just 160 miles on exercise bike up and down - approx 11000-12000 calories
One rest day per week which is really difficult to enforce
Works for me0 -

About 7hr Weights a week
When i do cardio 5hrs a week0 -
Strength training = 4 hrs / week
Cardio = 2 hours / week0 -
Depends. I'll go with an average though
2x runs @ 45 mins
2x strength @ 20 mins
1x yoga @ 60 mins
Sometimes I skip yoga & do an extra strength or run. Sometimes I will do an extra strength or run on a weekend too.
I'm averaging just under 3 hours. This doesnt include travel time.0 -
About 5-6.0
-
9 hours over 6 days
approx 5 hours cardio, 4 hours strength
1 rest day0 -
I lift aprox 2 - 2 1/2 hrs per week and cardio 3 - 4 hrs per week. Calculating it really makes me think I need to step up the lifting !! lol
I was thinking the same thing...when I typed it up, it seems like I'm doing so much more cardio than lifting and I don't necessarily want that. Hmmm...0
