put it under your strenght training excerise category to track the reps etc. Then put it under your cardio training as "strength training" to calculate calories.

I'm looking to land at 210 when all is said and done. It'll still be a 55 pound loss. I'm 6 ft by the way. I'm also diabetic so my goal is to be HEALTHY more then it is to be THIN.

. My wife and I are both in agreement with this one. Late night snacking was a beast on us. Just cutting that out has made a HUGE difference not only on calorie cound but energy.

When I do a range like you did, I always shoot for the middle as the constant or average. so yes i would log it a medium walk 4.0 or 4.5. The good news is, if you actually burned more calories than you logged because you ran, you're ahead of the game!
