  • That is a great idea! Now I have a use for the spoons that have gone down the garbage disposal! EDIT: I guess I have to put this one up. "I ruined a spoon by dropping it in the garbage disposal." First world problems
  • I could write many of these but then people might judge me for being awesome... though I guess that in and of itself is a first world problem.
  • I had a client (that I only see once a year) ask if I had weight loss surgery (I haven't), it wasn't a measurable victory but it did make me feel proud of how far I have come. EDIT: I don't mean for this to sound like a bash to weight loss surgery, I was just glad that she realized how much weight I have lost so far.

  • Thanks, I wasn't sure because I am sure I have had 2 gallons in a day, not normally but I'm sure I've done it when drinking water to try and keep from raiding the office candy dish because I was hungry. I am also on meds that make me very thirsty and I always try to have water nearby (and a bathroom). Thanks again, Stuart
  • There isn't such thing as drinking too much water is there? I drink a gallon a day minimum and often more than that. It helps to drink a glass to resist snacking.

  • Thanks! Next stop is to get out of the overweight category on my doctors charts which is 185 but when I get there I know I'll push for 180 so I'll have lost triple digits. After that, who knows? Thanks again for the welcome! Stuart
