  • I work away all the time and this is a real struggle for me a lot of the time. I try and make sure I work out to counter act any naughtiness when I am away, so always make sure there is a decent gym/pool where I am staying. It's often easier said than done, but I "try" and plan what I will have for dinner and ask for it…
  • Hi there, I have just started 30DS and was wondering, do you all stick with just the 20 mins per day? Do you do any other exercise apart from the DVD? I was just wondering as a lot of people have had great results and was jsut wondering if it was this alone? Thanks H x

  • I think that's a good strategy... do a half ironman first. I too do far better at endurance than short distance... but wanted to start shorter distance and work my way up the distances. My theory being I can set myself goals and keep focused. I've also got myself a personal trainer every other week who competes in ironman…
  • Fabulous job. I am training for my first sprint triathlon so to see you have had a weightloss journey and competing in ironman is very inspirational. Have you done other tri distances? x
