  • My local grocery store has the yogurt dressings in the produce section, I bought a bottle of Marie's parmasean caesar dressing a few days ago and it's pretty good.
  • This isn't a sweet and sour meatball recipe but I made these awhile ago to have in the freezer and they are delicious. http://www.savorylotus.com/spinach-cilantro-meatballs-grain-free/
  • Coffee and bananas. I have a banana 99% of the time with breakfast and I feel weird if I don't have one.
  • If it's a girl's night, just eat the pizza, like others are saying it's not hte worst thing in the world, use thin crust or light cheese if you're that concerned. However, one of my favorite things to do is to make mini "pizzas" with english muffins, toast them, put some pizza sauce & mozzarella cheese on them and bake…
  • I signed up for WW in August and had little success with it, I lost about 5lbs but I was always hungry, I don't think I was eating enough in general, the free fruits and veggies made me snack a lot more than I was doing previously and while I'm just starting MFP again, I like it much better, counting calories makes more…
  • I'm glad other people have had luck, the last time I made them they burnt. :\
  • If I know I'm just craving, I'll have a cup of green tea or a glass of water and that seems to do the trick, however if I really want to snack (somedays, you just do.) I'll do some baby carrots and hummus or celery and peanut butter. If you don't have the snacks, you won't be tempted to eat them.
  • I like whole grain pasta tossed with some olive oil and various veggies for a quick meal.
  • For the peanut butter I have about two tablespoons which is a serving, I'll have about 1/2 a chicken breast because the ones I buy seem to be really big, for soup I had about a cup and a half. When I entered everything in MFP I had about 100 calories left over. So I'm not quite reaching my goal.
  • I either have some hardboiled eggs and fruit w/ my coffee if I'm at work. If I'm at home I'll either have an english muffin w/ PB, scrambled eggs with some onions and mushrooms, or some oatmeal.
  • Thanks guys! I appreciate it. I was thinking about getting up early and exercising then but I'm already up at like 4:30 a.m. to start at 6:00 a.m. and I can't imagine getting up any earlier. I'm not a morning person. I'm thinking my best time to get into exercising is after work, I can squeeze in half an hour or an hour in…
  • I was always a "bigger" child and in high school I was tired of being the "fat friend" so I lost about 40lbs and was at my lowest weight. However, I broke up with my ex about 2 years ago, and that really triggered some bad stuff in me with not eating enough or too much, not exercising, I sulked and didn't do anything for…
