I'm 5'1 and I gain mostly in my thighs and butt. I don't mind the butt all that much...but I hate the thighs because it's so hard to lose it there. "knock on wood" I don't really gain in my stomach...I have a little pooch, but that's it.

Like others say, just plan for those cravings and save some extra room for them at night. I've found that green tea can help my cravings, or even some popcorn. Listen to your body...are you craving something sweet or maybe something salty? It is possible that you may not be getting enough fat or sodium through out the day…

Everyone has bad days. Don't blame yourself for that and let it go, it's out of your control. Tomorrow is a new day and you can pick up where you left off. So don't feel bad or sweat it...just see it as an opportunity to have a good day tomorrow :)

I agree with this...I wear several different sizes depending on the brand. It could also be where you carry your weight vs. where others carry theirs. It might not be distributed as evenly for them.

I'm 5'1 and my goal weight right now is 125-130. I'm currently 140 and trying to lose/tone up while I'm home for the summer. I'm just trying to go off how I look in the mirror and not what the scale says :)
