Net calories is what you have consumed so far- it subtracts calories burned from exercise. Calorie Goal is how many calories you should consume. It adds in the calories burned from exercise.

Go for it! Who says fitness instructors have to be model thin? It will show that you are also human and obstacles to overcome. And when you do get skinny you will still be able to tell your students about the "before" you and even show them pictures to give them even more hope and keep them on the right road. Good luck!

I quite enjoy Olive Garden's Fetuccine Alfredo myself. I have recently discovered nutella...it is AMAZING...I spread a thin layer of that on a chocolate crunch rice cake....yummo!!!!

I feel the same way...I work 12 hour shifts and am a full time mom to 3 energetic kids ages 3-7...I am exhausted!!!!!
