I LOVE this idea!!! Although fighting with my stepson last night, I managed to keep my composure and not say anything mean to him this morning--even though I am still seething.

I agree with many posts below! Don't give up. It may take more than a week to show your progress on the scale. Don't forget your water! Also after a few weeks, change it up. Don't get stuck eating the same foods and doing the same workouts. You can do it!!

I know how you feel about the scale not budging. It's very frustrating. Every time I hit that place, I have to remember to switch it up. Switch up what I eat and how much, my exercise and how often or how long.... Stay with it! :smile:
