Sometimes I feel moody but I just don't focus on that. I take myself out of that situation and do something about it. Whether it be going out for fresh air, reading a book or heading to the gym. Even talking to a friend could really change your mood :)

Portioning your food is the best option for you to avoid overeating. If you're eating at home it is a lot easier to control this habit because portion your food, for example if you are eating snack (veggies and dip) portion the amount you will be eating and avoid eating anything else after. Water is another option if you…

I prefer to use the elliptical in comparison to the treadmill because it gives your whole body a workout. My exercise routine is usually 25-30 minutes of elliptical then weights then treadmill for about 5-10 minutes (walking/jogging). But I have heard good things about Zumba as well :)

Choose more lean meats like turkey and salmon to have for dinner with a side of veggies and about 1/2 cup of rice should be decent. You can always google…

You can try having 2 hard boil eggs and toast, it is very filling so you won't feel hungry until lunch time. There won't be a need for cravings, temptations and little snacks in between. I agree with having fruit and cereal in the morning. It is quick and filling depending on the type of cereal you consume.
