It was so strange to read your story, because I could have written that almost verbatem. Only differances is I am 5"2, I was 17 with first child, and I have not hit under 200...yet. Everything elese it the story of my life, how strange. You keep up the good work and be proud of your self!

If I have alot left over, especially due to exercise, I make it up with protien, like a spoon of peanut butter, protien bar or shake. I have learned the hard way its best to stay as close to your cals as possible without going over, one or two hundred is not bad, but I would'nt do it every day.

I have alot more than 15 pounds to lose, but I had to raise mine when I hit a platue. I tried everything elese and thats what worked for me. I have actually raised it twice. I went from 1200 to 1470 and lost.

Thats what I started out with, and it was VERY HARD! I lost about 25 then hit a plateau. I have lost 57 in that amount of time. there is no doubt in my mind that if I had stayed true to my new ways, and put forth just a little more effort, I could have lost more. So no, not unrealistic at all. Good luck!!

You look great! And thanks for posting how tall you are. Alot of people do not realize that makes a HUGE differance. A 5'2 person is not going to look the same as a 5'7 person at any weight! Good jobe!

My trainer has me do 30 min of cardio before each weight session. It is important to get blood and oxygen flowing through the muscles. I do 30 min cardio every day, then weight train 3x a week after. Gotta rest those muscles too.

You look like the perfect example of you can lose inches without loseing pounds! Are you measuring? Looks like you've lost 15 or 20 to me. You have def lost inches!

The recommended calories on labels are for a healthy diet, basically maintaining weight. You have to go lower than recomended to lose, and MFP includeds a healthy calorie deficit to lose.
