Roasted, pureed (butternut squash soup, roasted red pepper soup, so good.), etc. Veggies aren't my favorite either, so I don't eat a wide variety, but I do try to get 3-4 a day. Just make a veggie smoothie, hold your nose and chug. And chase it with a piece of cake. Wait, not that last thing.

Do the deads. If you go light and use good form, you are unlikely to hurt your back.

Just started a few months ago, so I'm gonna say I'm still in the adjustment phase. I like the results but don't like the effort. Pretty sure that will change the more I get used to it. Hopefully, anyway.

I'm a dude, but that sounds weird as hell. Maybe have it removed; sounds annoying. Seriously though, nobody here knows your medical history or has context to tell you what it is. talk to a doctor!

My mom cuts her wine in half with soda water. It's actually not bad, and for 50-60 cals a glass you can't go wrong.

I do 20 minutes of rowing machine after my lift sessions. Pretty good finisher for me.

Ouch. Damn!

I can't usually work up the nerve to use pick up lines at all, much less say creepy sht like this stuff. "Hi" is usually the best approach. Once I did have enough whiskey in me to ask a girl if she had a minute for me to hit on her. Luckily she thought it was funny.

feeling hungry isn't an accurate way to gauge how much you should eat. look up a TDEE calculator online and figure it out based on science.
-
Don't wait to feel motivated to do something you know you should do.

if you change it to one per week you will get even less calories. Stick with 0.5 and do more exercise, so you can eat more calories.

green eggs and ham! (Serious, I have eaten this before.)

drink more water. it reduces the concentration in your body.
-
Why, do you regularly exchange bodily fluids with your chocolate? That sounded worse than I intended.
-
Good luck. Friend me for support.

Lol good point. Dude, you should stop while you're ahead.

Congrats on losing 100 lbs! I'm sure losing that much weight definitely changed what you foun comfortable in other areas, so it makes perfect sense that the same would be true of sleep position.

It varies from person to person. For many people, the gut is the last to go. I'm sure you've heard you can't spot reduce. That's true. Over time, with a reasonable calorie deficit, you will start to see a difference.

A friend of mine recently upped her calories from 1200 to1650 and it took six weeks for her weight to start coming off after that. That's pretty normal. Once it starts coming off, though, it really starts coming off. Stick with it.

You didn't have to show up at the church, yanno.

Sounds like he was just looking for an excuse to break up from the beginning.
