Have you tried exercising off the amount of calories that you go over? That way it evens out.

I am not 100% sure, but from what I read it seams like eating clean is a term used to describe eating healthier. I googled it, and there is a whole system out there. :) Hope that helps.

Love HALT... going to put it everywhere so that I remember it. Thank you! Generally when I am not hungry but want to eat anyway I find that I was really thirsty and did not know it. Water usually helps. Or gum.. I have tendency to chew gum if I think I want to snack. Thanks again!!

Honestly, I do not know much about the HRMs that are out there. My wellness coach suggested polar, and based on the limited research I did I chose the one that I got because it was mid priced, and had the features I wanted.

I agree with Amy - more fruits and vegetables. I used to hate them, but the more I added them the more I began to love them, and can not imagine a day without my fruits and veggies. Way to go!! That is the best feeling! I had a moment like that last week... it started with a pair I didn't think I could fit that turned out to be too big, and then I tried a pair I thought wouldn't fit and sure enough they did! Congrats!!! :)

They vary in cost. I have a Polar FT4 it was 89.00 at Sears. I love it. Turns out I am burning more calories than I thought I was when I was working out. There are others out there for cheaper, I went with this one on the advice of my Wellness coach. :) Hope that helps!

I love Greek yogurt!!! Lots of protein (more than an egg) and pretty good calorie wise (about 140-160 depending on the flavor) I also sometimes Take total Omega 3 Honey and Almond cereal and add some in to the yogurt to add a crunch. If you don't like the texture (it is thicker than regular yogurt) the cereal helps.

When I have days like that I do not let them get me down, and if I really feel guilty - I go for a walk, or turn on my Zumba workout and work off those extra calories I just ate. Oh, not 37 in one month, 37 in 4 months. Since i have been on MFP I have lost 10lb. I really just changed my lifestyle.
