I read/heard somewhere a few years back that to get the correct amount of water for your body. Take your weight and divide it by two then drink that many ounces of water a day. Can't remember all the details of why, but it had something to do with getting your motabolism going.

I know having the support of my husband really helps. He too told me I was beautiful when I was at my biggest and doesn't really care if I lose weight, but he knows when I lose weight I'm happier and more energetic. Congrats on the 8 lbs.:flowerforyou:

This is really tough to make myself eat. Today I ate Oatmeal for breakfast, Turkey sandwich, 1 oz chips, 1/2 cup green beans for lunch, a salad with baby spring mix, 2 tbsp shredded cheese, 2 tbsp sunflower kernals, light Italian dressing, 1 cup lasagna, 1/2 cup green beans for dinner.
