How to calculate
If you are doing Curves or Zumba how do you calculate it? I can't find those in the list. I don't actually do curves, but I do the machines at our gym the same way you would at curves. I've been using the strength training under cardiovascular. will that work?

Daily Calorie Goal
I'm having a hard time eating my calories. I'm not trying to starve myself. I'm just eating Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with an occasional snack. Do I have to eat all those calories for this to work?
