Hello. I've actually been on here for a couple of weeks, but have never posted anything. I'm really enjoying this. I always do better when I write down what I eat. When the list gets too long I know I've eaten too much. lol I usually get bored with writing it down after a while though, but having all the post and blogs to read keeps me motivated. Now I just need some friends on here. :happy:
