Today marks my first month behind me and I thought I would post what I've accomplished in that time.

April 10th May 10th
weight- 161 weight -152
arms- R 11" (didn't think to measure L) Arms R-11,5" L- 10.5"
Neck- 13.5" Neck -12"
Waist- 32.5" Waist- 31"
Hips- 42.5" Hips -40.5"
Belly - 41" Belly- 35.5"
Chest - 38.5" Chest -37"
Thigh- R -24" (same as arm) Thighs R-23" L-22.5"
Bottom- 44" Bottom- 42.5"

I've lost 9 lbs and a total of 14 inches. I'm so excited!!! I love this web site it helps me so much. I really get motivation by reading the success stories. Thank you all for posting them and Keep up the good work. I do have a question though. How do I put my mini goals on my page?

    Congrats on your progress so far!!! That is fantastic. I love this site too.
    To create a signature with mini-goals, click on "community," and then "signature." Hope that helps!
