  • I play golf so we are out for 4 hours at a time walking and playing. The best bet is to get out and walk fast... do you have a lunch hour? I walk for 40mins in my lunch. Mowing the lawn is a good top up! Swimming burns quite a few when i looked too.

  • I have a sugar intolerance and cant eat sugar, but like you say somedays i noticed i have gone over on my sugar. Milk was the main thing when i looked. I think one cup had something like 15g of sugar, so im trying to have eggs on ryvita somedays for breakfast. Fruit, cereal, cereal bars all have a klot of sugar. Naomi

  • I would say it is possible, as you are prob monitoring your food and drink etc more, but i would be aware that normally it will balance out over the week, so dont be down hearted if you stand on one day and gain. Normally you lose a bit more in the first week or two then it calms down.. Thats only my thoughts from my own…

  • Posting such articles is encouraging people to not eat enough... Live a healthy lifestyle and eat enough calories that your body doesnt shut down... do not be encouraged to starve youself by such ridiculous people
  • Are you drinking a lot? coffees, coke etc all have a calorie content, but i would say you just need to get walking each eve for 20mins and you will see a difference.
