i dont like to workout in front of people either. i download free videos from youtube. i pick ones where i know i cant do all the stuff so i do as much as i can and work up to what i cant. then if i dont see the scale go down as much i know i am getting further in my workout so i can tell i am improving. good luck! you are…

i have prime i live in the sticks so even though we pay for to days some times it is three and the post man brings it most of the stuff is always here when it is supposed to be except the one this week of course. but not bad considering we have had it three years.

i did this too from vacation last week. it helps me when i keep clothes i am trying to fit back into out where i can see them. it motivates me. Also meeting up with family over the holidays i want to have lost more before then. you can use those for motivation maybe?

i had a period for a month on it and had to change. nothing is worth having a period all month! i changed brands a few times before finding one that worked. for some people like me it is trial and error for finding the right one. ask the dr. for a new brand and try that one.

this wont be the same for everyone just saying this is my past story. I had the vaccine and my sister was taken care of by someone else who did not give it to her. she had to have her cervical cancer removed when she was in her early 20s. I never had any effects for it.

when my calories are low and my water intake is low I get that.

my friend has a slim fast shake as a snack to get some protein and not exercise on an empty stomach. she works out at 430 also. oatmeal might also be an option or a small protein shake just to get something on your stomach?

i like frosted wheats less then 200 calories a cup with 5 grams of protein before adding milk.

they have diet crush but i can't vouch for the taste. i normally get them on cheat day.

i don't know how you feel about orange soda, but it is caffeine free. i like crush brand:)

Thank you! I will try to use it to fuel my workouts, but it always makes me cry. I normally don't care what people think but that is the one comment that gets to me really bad.

fudge pops buy the smallest box 8 per pack. and 40 calories per pop. takes me a minute to eat and still get chocolate. it helps me.

losing weight makes me more confident so definitely an increase as the pounds go down.

yes you will. i am on day 6 and i can tell a small difference in a modified push up. not big but small difference is progress
