Just got clearance to exercise again after being out of it for two months, walking only - no running yet - yeah. So I am in. I can't wait to see how much I can log. Thanks for starting this.

Welcome back, Elsie. We all have our ups and down, and you too will get through it. Just glad you decided to start over. I log daily and have an open journal if you need suggestions. I do eat my exercise calories. Maybe not all of them, but otherwise I am hungry. You are burning more so you need more for fuel. I have lost 9 pounds so far. Fell free to add me and you can check out my diary. Good luck

I have 47 pounds to lose. I struggle every day and want to eat poorly when the stress gets too bad, but am focusing on logging into MFP and continuing on, no matter how bad the day was. Additionally, I am trying the 24 hours in a month for exercise. 24 hours equals 1440 minutes. So just decrease your minutes you exercise…

Hi there, I am 47 and I just started this journey 21 days ago. I have over 40 pounds to lose and this seems like a healthy way to keep track.
