I'm in the same boat. I've seen small changes doing 30 minutes of intervals on the elliptical as well as weight training a couple times a week. I think its a one day at a time thing....

I do measure everything that is in cup and spoon form - I haven't gotten my food scale to weigh meat yet up and running cause it needs a battery. I am going to try to be patient and see what comes in another couple weeks.

Hmm ok I will try to do better anything I make as a recipe I try to add every ingredient perfectly and scan every bar code if anything I might be under eating but I will be extra diligent.

Been 6 months for me too it gets better.

People not willing to tough it out and work out there problems. Selfishness and people putting priorities of success and money over love and family. And also, availability and willingness of people to sleep with married men and or women!

Is there something less excessive that you can think of Eating the calorie deficit is actually the easiest part for me so is there a better work out regime you can think of?

I'm on it too and a notorious night time snacker especially with a little one that goes to bed at 730... I've found pickles are the best snack if you love salty and savory foods otherwise if you like sweets there are tons of fat free sugar free puddings out there.
