Hot Yoga Calorie Burn
Does anyone have an accurate count on how many calories approximately Hot Yoga burns? I do a hatha style with some long holds and some flow just have no idea how to log it.

The last 10 pounds
So been very successful so far at breaking the 145 goal at 1200 calories a day with 2-3 workouts a week - I do not have time to workout more so I need some diet advice. Should I drop the carbs? Stop carbs after a certain time? I want to break into the 130's now and wish to do it by March 15th...Any advice would be great.

BMR vs Caloric Maintenance
So I calculated both these numbers and my BMR is around 1470 and my Caloric Maintenance is 1750 or so? Should I be basing my deficit on 30% less the BMR or the CM? I am currently eating 1200 per day which is 30% below the CM.
