So I have been on this wave of lazyness to procrastination over the last few months... I have not been able to make a commitment to eating better.. I am now engaged and am at 160lbs.. I don't feel fat persay but after I got some engagement shots back I was hating how wide my hips looked... So now here I am starting from scratch hoping I will have enough will power to finally kick my bad eating habits and hit at least 140 by next june.... I just needed to vent --- starting bootcamp Sept.1 and hoping I can finally get into a routine that I so desperately need!

Dear Lazy Procrastinator,
Everyone needs some down time ! You've got 10 months until June...let's factor out Christmas and make that 9 months. You only need to lose 2.2 lbs a month and you'll be right on track for a slim and fabulous you at your wedding. That's very manageable.... so cut yourself some slack, enjoy one more week of no workouts and get back to it in September.0
