I need help figuring out my carb/fat/protein daily %

So I have no problem sticking to my calories during the day but I am not seeing much change. I am not interested in going completely carbless because I still enjoy berries, oats for breakfast, but for those of you who have trained hard and lost those last 15 lbs or so what are you doing for your carb/protien/fat spread, I am currently at 30% carbs, 50% protien, 20% fat, and of course i ALWAYS meet my carb limit but never my protien... help!!!
