Has anyone gone for Japanese Teppanyaki and have any idea what a calorie count would look like lets say for steak and vegetables??? I saved 650 cals for it and I won't eat the rice... hmm

I would just ask them to go light on the oil they cook it in.0

Try looking up the specific restaurant - the nutrition info may be out there. If you just eat steak/veggies, as long as they're not drenched in oil and sugary sauces and you eat a healthy portion, the calorie count should be that of a typical dinner. 3 oz of lean steak is about 200 calories and veggies are pretty low calorie.0

The place i went to had steak wrapped asparagus....but they usually always have a lighter menu or something with just meat and veggies.0
