I finally sat down and had my consultation with my personal trainer and my consultation (dun, dun, dun,) The numbers:

Weight: 159.2
Body Fat %: 33.5%
Body Fat Mass: 53lbs... GROSS and I am over the top end of it with a health range being between 21-51...

So we are going to start training 2 days a week together, 1 night zumba together, then 2 days on my own... not sure what the diet is going to look like BUT I'm going to try to make the commitment...

3 months ($1500)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But worth it to get the body of my dreams..

Goals: weight: 145
Body Fat: 20
Body Fat mass:25

Ugh I know I am going to need some support here.... I hope I can do it...........

    There is no HOPE in this! You ARE going to do it and you have come to a place where that WILL happen.

    See how good it makes you feel to say that out loud! Take the "option" out of it! Dont give any room for an exit or excuse.

    Sounds like a great fitness plan, what about your eating? :smile:

    Well she told me that she will be creating a nutrition component to it as well which will be great... I picked her because she has the same body shape as I do and she has compeated so I know she knows what works for my body type...i WILL do this !!! ;)
