The last 10 pounds

So been very successful so far at breaking the 145 goal at 1200 calories a day with 2-3 workouts a week - I do not have time to workout more so I need some diet advice. Should I drop the carbs? Stop carbs after a certain time? I want to break into the 130's now and wish to do it by March 15th...Any advice would be great.

First and foremost - has your weight loss stalled? If not, just keep on. Your weight loss WILL slow down as you approach goal, so trying to speed it up significantly might be an exercise in futility.
That said, before you make any tweaks, you need to tighten up your calorie counting.
I took a quick peek through the last couple weeks of your diary - most days are incomplete, and many items are logged as "1 slice", "1 portion", etc.
It's entirely possible (in fact, probable) that you're eating more calories than you think you are. The last few pounds will require diligence and accuracy.

Hmm ok I will try to do better anything I make as a recipe I try to add every ingredient perfectly and scan every bar code if anything I might be under eating but I will be extra diligent.0

Even if you scan a barcode and pull up the correct product, you'll want to weigh it to make sure you're logging the correct calorie count. Example: I scan the barcode for cereal and log 1 cup. But my cup measurement isn't exactly standard and I am eating 40 more calories of cereal than I think I am. Multiply this across multiple meals and days and you could be cancelling out the deficit that a lighter woman needs in order to lose weight.0 -
Dropping carbs may shed a few pounds of 'water weight' but won't magically get you from 145 to 130.
Eating at a certain time is only relevant if it matters to you. SUch as if eating late at night gives you indigestion and makes it hard to sleep, then avoid eating late at night. No immediate result on weight loss though. (Unless being up half the night with heart burn means you have no energy for working out the next day.)
Eat at a deficit. Exercise for fitness. Have patience, and you'll get there. So been very successful so far at breaking the 145 goal at 1200 calories a day with 2-3 workouts a week - I do not have time to workout more so I need some diet advice. I do measure everything that is in cup and spoon form - I haven't gotten my food scale to weigh meat yet up and running cause it needs a battery. I am going to try to be patient and see what comes in another couple weeks.0
