You could put dollars in a jar for every good day. Then after a month or so you can go shopping for new clothes!! :-)

I like to have fruits on hand to munch on in the mornings. I also buy the chocolate weight loss shakes from Costco for mornings when I feel I can't make it till lunch! I am not much of a breakfast eater but fruit seems to do the trick for me, that or nutrigrain bars. Good luck! :-)

When I first moved out I loved making spaghetti. You can use whole grain noodles to make it a little healthier. But it is a cheap easy meal. Also, anything in a crock pot is a great way to go. You can put it all in in the morning and cook all day to be ready for dinner! I don't have any specific recipes but if you google…

I have a very bad habit of eating when I'm bored. I started drinking water instead and I don't snack nearly as much as I used to. I keep a water bottle with me all day and work and just sip on it all day. I may pee every hour but at least I'm not needlessly eating!! Lol

I like to take grapes and put them in the freezer. Tastes like a popsicle but it is healthy.
