How accurate is the HR portion? I hear the wrist ones a almost useless.

Log it and move on. Don't hate yourself. Food is food. http://freakonomics.com/2013/03/21/the-most-bountiful-food-in-human-history/ Sorry, can't figure out how to do links here.

Besides water, fiber and protein to keep yourself full, you need to find something that is more exciting than food. For instance, sex occupies a larger part of your brain when you're thinking about it. I'm just saying.

Also, I willing to bet given your diet you are not consuming enough potassium that can really mess with heart/kidneys/water buildup. Good luck.

Using cups and tbsp is not really accurate especially with something like cheese and meat that is so calorie dense. Also, high sodium can cause a lot of water retention. Switch to a low sodium diet and see if it helps.

You have to find something that is more pleasurable than food to curb "cravings." Try sex.

Green tea and coffee. They're mild diuretics. Good luck with your weigh in.

I took it for 3 months or so over five years back. Kind of wish I never done it. For one thing, it stops working over time unless you keep increasing dosage. For another, I wasn't eating a lot of food on it and it screwed with my digestion system. I had some wicked skin problems and lets just say things with my then new bf…

Basically what everyone else has said. Drink more water, eat a low sodium diet (as low as you can make it) for two days or so, drink some coffee (it's a mild diuretic) But it's not a big deal. Your body will self regulate unless you have blood pressure problems or swelling in the feet.

There is no such thing as starvation mode. Having said that, pace yourself. The more you starve yourself, the more likely you will end up binge-eating. Also, you are well within the normal weight for your hight.

How is your sodium?

Log EVERYTHING. Avocado is a "good" food, but it's really calorie dense.

Don't give up. Starting is the hardest part. You've already started, now, it's about putting one foot in front of the other. I am a firm believer that going hungry is the number one way to derail a diet/healthy way of eating. If you're hungry, you can hold out only for so long until the resolve will crumble. The key is…

You aren't ever gonna be 100% right, but you do the best you can.

It's just one day. Log it and move on.

Maybe try foods that will keep you full. Like foods with a lot of fiber. Also, I find eating much slower and drinking a glass of water before a meal really helps me not get hungry. Honestly, if I am really hungry, I will have a snack and log it. If I stay hungry all the time, I'm much more likely to quit. Also, not sure if…

I do know when you're on your period, you burn a few extra calories. I don't imagine it is significantly more, though.

I bought the fish yesterday and cooked it same day. My husband ate the same thing as me and is ok. Oh well, I do feel way better this morning.

I know if i start denying myself pizza my diet is gonna go sour pretty darn fast. I'm an accountant and I think writing things down and budgeting my calories really goes a long way. If you are not over your limit, no reason to worry about it :)
