I noticed on your diary you haven't listed any water. Drinking water is an important part of weight loss. Other beverages really can't replace it.

Welcome!

Water really is the best. Use a noodle or other flotation device to prevent and harsh leg impact on the bottom. I also do yoga and it doesn't hurt the knees.

You look amazing!!! What an inspiration you are...WOW

I have the wii fit plus and I love it. Along with keeping track of weight and so on it has a huge assortment of exercises for cardio, strength, endurance and balance. You can make a routine of your own or do the fun fitness games. It is something worth looking into.

I am worried about the same thing. I still have quite a bit of weight to lose, but even so I have this roll of fat I am hoping to lose as well. I am doing exercises to try an decrease it for now. I have noticed a difference in the roll since I have lost some weight. It doesn't seem to be as thick as it was before. Here's…

You must feel so much better after sharing with him. My husband of 20 years knows how much I weigh and also knows how sensitive I am about it. He never refers to it. He just loves me no matter what. It feels great!

I used to be 5' 1 1/2, but I think I shrunk. I seem to be only 5'1" now...lol I don't mind being short, but I am not happy about being so overweight. It's called obese(what a horrible word) I need to lose about 50 lbs. I would love to join in.

I love pumpkin. This will go on my to do list!

Oh my, don't be so hard on yourself. You are a human being...kind, compassionate, and a wife and mother. Please believe your husband when he tells you, you are beautiful. He married YOU, not how much you weigh. You also have a child. A baby is a full time job, so you are working around the clock. Sounds like you have pain…

Hi, you sound a bit leery about this whole thing...lol. When we get a bit older everything is a little harder, but it can be done. Do this for yourself, not your husband. If you make yourself happy the results will show in you. Fill out all the extras here and check in whenever you can. You can get a lot of motivation…

Similar thing happened to me. Accept and keep going! Inches really matter! AWESOME JOB!!!!

I have been overweight, unable to walk, shaky, and unable to do a lot of household stuff for many years. My health is slowly improving. My husband tells me every day how beautiful and sexy I am and how much he loves me. Size and body shape do not matter...Love does... :D

Same thing happens to me. I always drink a lot of water. I have just gotten used to it. I see the Dr. regularly and I am not diabetic. Even so, if you are concerned, see your Dr. to make sure all is well.

Welcome...best of luck to you!!

You are so right Leah! I go to water exercise classes for sufferers of fibro, twice a week. Then I sit in the whirlpool for 15 min. after class. What a great feeling. I also get a massage every two weeks. If you decide to do this make sure you choose someone who knows how to treat people with fibro. Diet is also SO…

I also have fybromyalgia. I was diagnosed about 30 years ago when it was still called fibocitis. Most Dr.s at the time did not even believe it was real. They also said it was not a debilitating syndrome. I have been in and out of wheelchairs at various times in my life. I own a cane, walker and scooter as well. I…

I think it's only natural to dream about what we do in our waking hours. My husband and I are both dieting so much of our conversation revolves around "How many calories is that?" We talk about it so much we are driving the kids nuts...lol Enjoy yourself this weekend!

Good luck!! Feel free to add me as a friend.

Hi, I have been here a week now and I LOVE it!! You are welcome to add me as a friend.

Hi I have been here for a week. The motivation you can get here is great. Make sure you follow the amount of calories and water allowed each day. Start off doing some walking and/or simple exercise. Let yourself be vocal to your family about what you are doing. I find this helps keep me going when I get supportive…
