Hello everyone! I am new to My Fittness Pal and need all the help I can get. I have been over weight my whole life and recently just hit my max weight, without being pregnant, and I am so depressed and need to get rid of this extra person!!!!! Any advice, I can't believe I let myself get this bad

Quit beating yourself up and just start with a clean slate. You want to be healthy, happy and look great! Be positive! Start off by counting your calories and doing some exercise. If you can see where you're getting your calories from and how they affect your weight that would definitely help. We are all here to support you in any way possible. Wishing you the best. Hi I have been here for a week. The motivation you can get here is great. Make sure you follow the amount of calories and water allowed each day. Start off doing some walking and/or simple exercise. Let yourself be vocal to your family about what you are doing. I find this helps keep me going when I get supportive feedback. And for sure, make some friends here who can help motivate you and support you. I'll send you a friend request.0

welcome to MFP and good luck on your weight loss journey, I was in the same boat 5 months ago, you made the best move by starting it here, you must be super honest with your logging if you want to see the scale move don't ever lie to just say you were under for the day, I have a lot of friend on here that lose and a few days a week they mite go over some just a few and others by 500-800.. you can do it!!! just believe you can0
