Ok so I'm doing this, but, i've not seen much of any results ! also, can't find the exercise i'm doing on here. but i'm doing this just to show husband i'm following and still not much of any results at all. don't know why , had all the tests, should lose and no i'm not cheating and have to eat more at end of day every day so........took measurements today........we'll see.

    Hi, you sound a bit leery about this whole thing...lol. When we get a bit older everything is a little harder, but it can be done. Do this for yourself, not your husband. If you make yourself happy the results will show in you. Fill out all the extras here and check in whenever you can. You can get a lot of motivation here. So many great people here.

    You can't do this "just to show your husband"!!!! You need to do this for YOU and your overall health!!!! Exercise and diet, yes but self confidence and motivation are key!!! If you are not in this whole heartedly, you will not see results. Keep your calories under, cut your carbs, keep processed sugars out of your mouth for a month, exercise aerobicly...get your heart rate up and then tell us you see no results!!!

    maybe you are not eating enough.... my understanding it that if you fall below 1200 calories the body can possibly go into starvation mode and hold onto it's stores of energy(fat). But, eventually will start to readjust.
