  • It doesn't use a Mii, it has it's own realistic looking avatars.
  • Thanks again everyone! That "Don't Stop Believing" shirt was one of my "goal shirts." I almost fit in it well enough to wear it out of the house, it's just a little tight in the stomach still. Got to get rid of the rest of the post-baby fat!
  • Thanks everyone! I tried making the dumb things smaller on my photobucket but it doesn't seem to be working, oh well. I'm feeling pretty good! I need to get back on my exercise routine to get some energy back, but I still feel miles better than I did a year ago.
  • Thank you! Looks like I need to make them smaller too, lol.
  • I can't recommend The Biggest Loser Challenge for the Wii enough. I use that and the Wii Fit.

  • Same here - I have a little over 20lbs to go to get under 200.
  • Did you change any of your goal settings? Like, when I said I wanted to lose 2 lbs/week my recommended intake was around 1200, but when I wanted to lose 1.5 lbs/week is was around 1500...
  • This might help: "Why the Scale Goes Up When You Start a New Workout Plan By Chalene Johnson Probably the most common question I get when I release a new exercise program is, "Help! I'm gaining weight! Am I doing something wrong?" This is a common phenomenon with any new exercise program, such as Turbo Kick, Turbo Jam, Hip…
  • This is currently my biggest problem - I'm a night owl and I've always had dinner/snacks late at night. Now I'm trying to cut back on eating after 9 or 10 and if I do, it has to be something small or "good" for me, like veggies. When I get an urge to snack on something, I drink a lot of water then brush my teeth. Nothing…
  • Hello! I've got two little ones now. My son was born 2 1/2 years ago, and I was fairly overweight after him. I started to lost weight and was doing well when I found out I was pregnant again! I had my daughter a few days before Christmas and she's now almost 4 months old. I weight around 250 when I was pregnant w/ her and…
  • Oh yeah. I have two over here. I had my son in the fall of 08, I was a bit overweight before that. Last spring I started to knuckle down and lose weight, and lost abou15 lbs when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter! She was born in December and now I'm working to lost over 50 lbs that have accumulated in the last 5…
  • Thanks for the welcomes! I had started to lose weight last spring but then I found out I was pregnant so I had to postpone the heavy duty exercising. Now I'm motivated and off to a great start, so I'm very optimistic about reaching my goals. ETA - I'm working myself up to go to the gym but I have no workout clothes (and…
  • I've heard the elliptical isn't really worth it, you don't get much of a workout. I'd go for treadmill, stairmaster or bike if you're looking for a cardio workout and weights if you're looking to build muscle/strength.
