hey! I am a vegan so everything I eat is plant based. I'm not strict with my macros though but i tend to fall about 70:30 (70carbs 20fat 10protien)

All you do it blend almonds in a food processor- you can toast them first if you like. You may need to add a (very) small amount of oil. Any flavourless or slightly nutty oil is fine.

I became vegan recently. Yes you do need vitamin b supplements. i started being vegan by simply looking up some vegan recipes and making a meal plan, I then stocked up ingredients and just dived in! Another important thing is getting enough protien, I try to include a form of protien in every meal.

I personally don't although I think the eating back half is popular. Although I don't actually log workouts because I run and horse ride daily so my body is very used to it.

thanks, I'm trying to get my protein up at the moment- I'm just not very sure how being vegetarian and not wanting to increase my fat too much. Yeah I've noticed those things being off, Everything I make is homemade so I just tend to go with the closest thing I can find.

That probably is too little for you. Although I do tend to eat that amount but i didn't get there straight away. I gradually started eating less and less so my stomache got used to it slowly (I also got used to being hungrier but not over eating).
