Awesome job!! :)

I went from flat to a 6 pack by dropping body fat percentage through HIIT for 10 miles a week, WEIGHTED hight rep, med weighted ab exercises, and then I took a high intensity ab class once a week for a half hour. Other then that I used a ketosis diet to drop lbs that I have maintained for going on 2 years.

If you have been exercising before, even running, and you feel confident in your core muslces, go right ahead and exercise!! :) ur body is used to it. Shouldn't be an issue unless you have underlying medical issues.

I do weighted crunches (the machine) using about 35-40lbs, 2 sets of 20. Then 20 side crunches (each side) on the exercise ball and then 20 reg. Crunches. Then I do 30 leg lifts and then finish out with 20 weighted lat exercises (20 each side).

Nope, no trainer. My husband knows a ton about lifting and has helped me out in the past. I just lift using the machines alternating legs and upper body on different days, core is a daily though!
