I think i'm losing weight too fast. In a little over a month i've gone from 152 to 136. yes, i'm going to the gym every day and dieting, but from yesterday to today I lost a whole pound. thats not normal. it seems to be coming off TOO easy :( I'm scared it will alll just come back once im in 'maintaing' mode. any advice???…

4LBS 1 Meal??? WTH?
For my cheat meal for the week, I had on the boarder.....it was aaaamazing :D BUT It made me gain 4lbs! I knew alot of it was just water weight bc of all the sodium. But I can't seem to get back down to what I was before the cheat meal. Whats going on??? TIA!
