Can I ask what it is you did in the past month? You look phenomenal! I was at 152 three weeks ago and now am down to 143. It's not the losing the weight part that I am having trouble with (running has helped me with that) but you looked nice and toned and that is where I would like to be in the next month or so. So if you could share some of your secrets I would appreciate it!0

Thanks y'all! its a lot of hard work
I'm at the gym daily usually. at least 5 days a week. when i'm there I always warm up with some cardio (10-20min) and then hit the weights. I do a core workout of planks, crunches on the ball and side crunches too. and then just whatever else i think of. then I finish my workout with 15-20 min. of hard interval training on the treadmill and cool down with 5-10 on the stationary bike.
As far as diet, i'm on a super high protein, low carb diet. My body is in ketosis so i'm just buring fat all day. i've also cut out all junk. if its not meat, dairy or produce, i'm not eating it. its hard to get the 'right' amount of calories for me this way but I try and balance that with eating LOTS of protein oh, and I nurse my 5 month old. that helps too lol.0 -
