All I can suggest is that you try to reduce your body fat and eventually it will appear.

As everyone else said, just get lean. You can't really target "the v" because it's actually a tendon, not a muscle.

I was wondering about this! I keep looking at those pictures of muscular skeletons and couldn't figure out how there was a V (mine shows up on occasion).

Its the "Inguinal Ligament" in this photo:

Maybe try getting lean by lifting heavy weights and backing off the chronic cardio. Excessive cardio will do more for eating away at muscle mass while retaining fat mass. It could be why you can't see the "V". You can be skinny and not be lean. You can be skinny and have plenty of fat mass and very little muscle mass. Doesn't matter how flat your stomach is. If you have little lean muscle mass you're not going to see much definition.

    And it could be genetics.

LIFT HEAVY THINGS!!!! SPRINT ONCE IN A WHILE!!! MOVE A LOT AT A SLOW PACE (in other words, just move through out the day).

I love the picture of the pelvis.

Your profile shows a bit of a V. As everyone said, just keep working on getting lean mass.

I don't have a lifting routine but I did P90X, which uses your body weight in addition to dumbells and it seemed to work for me. I don't have a very defined V but I am happy where it is at right now. I have a pic of it my profile.

My next goal is to have more definition in this area
