Pregnancy is a huge on water weight so I am betting that is it! Keep up the healthy eating and get more exercise in if u can :) and congrats on the pregnancy !!!

All the above is right on :) I use to think 1200 was magic weight loss number till I followed low carb its not the cals but the food that does it for me. I do not follow Atkins but just a low carb lifestyle with lots of protein and Healthy fats it is the way I feel that keeps me comin back to it :) I only eat chicken and turkey and lean pork I am not a red meat eater and never have been!!

We women hold lots of water when u start eliminating carbs and watch sugar water weight flys off my first week I lost 5 and I only wanted 10 lb loss butt the last five will take longer so u losing alot in beginning is normal and great job on sticking with it :)

Glad u are feeling better :) and to the one who asked about Symptoms I meant headaches and dry mouth but it alleviates after a few days in Ketosis I just know my body well and can tell when I am in it or not!!!

I do think some people need more carbs than others I get ketosis symptoms even around 100 grams of carbs but I am super active Irun 20 miles a week teach aerobics 4 nights and have 5 children so maybe u need more carbs but I check with a Dr because anything scary is worth checkin on Good luck keep us updated hope all is OK…

I have been busy and kinda got off 17 but back on cycle 1 day 2 and feeling good. I completed this diet and always come back if my eating goes away from being clean. I always feel best when sticking to the plan :)

I am the baker of the family and after seeing the ingredients that go in them I PASS LOl! I do have the treats that are only around that time of year but moderation is Key :)

Don't let those kind of people ruin your determination. They were probably jealous you could workout harder than them. Congrats on the weight loss and keep going. There are People that try to break us and you need to break through them and find yourself. You can do it just take it one day at a time :)

NO they are gross. I would just see what your giving in to if its something sweet I do vanilla yogurt with cinnamon walnuts blueberries and dollop of light cool whip if its salty try plain fat free yogurt with ranch packet and dip carrots or few pretzels in sooo good :)

Awesome I am 4 days in and feel great already. I did level 1 day 1 but felt it was a little too easy so went to level 2 rest of days, I have also been running few miles a day too I can't wait to try Level 3 she is kicking my butt on 2:) I consider myself in pretty good shape and level 2 kicked my BUTT :)

I have five kids and yes I have stretch marks, I have tried everything out there and nothing worked for me but the tighter my tummy got and more toned your body gets they fade and the sun and a tan helps too.
