3 day Fruit fast
Anyone ever tried a fruit fast for 3 days. I love fruit and just thought why not. I felt like it would be a nice cleansing 3 day fast. I usually do not believe in fasting and dieting but thought it might be cleansing:) Any thoughts???? Alisha:happy:

Cardio Overdrive Class...............
I will be teaching a cardio overdrive class starting in March. Any Northwest Indianers can message me if you are interested. I will let you know where I will teach it and when it begins.... Crunch Challenge.....

Runners Club February 10th.............
Hey to all the runners out there. It is 60 degrees in Chicago today that is amazing. I of course ran, can not pass a day like this up. I ran 5 miles with my dog and my 3 year old. Was beautiful even stopped at the park after. Hope everyone has a great day.... Alisha

Crazy Question Do your feet get smaller if you lose alittle
So I just ordered boots from Victoria secret, well just got them. I ordered a size 8 I can wear a 71/2 8 but always get an 8 in boots. How many calories burned today???????????
I could not believe but already this morning I burned 1300 calories. I ran 5 miles (9 min miles) and did Jari Love get ripped 1000, the tape says you burn 1000 calories but I estimate 800 with my size and stuff.
