Alright I am one of those people that is fit eats right but wanted a little more weight gone(women are never happy) but I was not seeing any change I was running and doing weights 2 to 3 times a week. I decided to just run and run everyday for 5 miles or longer. I feel awesome jeans feel too comfortable even too big. I wanted to share. Cardio is key I think but I will eventually do some weights no one wants to be shaky :laugh:

    yes, cardio is the key as long as you don't over compensate for running too long.. sometimes that happens too!!
