Happy Sunday and a new start to the week. In Chicago the weather was great for running, a little windy but good. So starting the week, 7 1/2 miles down this morning. How about you what did you start the week out with this wonderful Sunday?!:flowerforyou:

Have a great happy running week, its only getting colder:indifferent: this week in Chicago so make sure you are dressed warm...

    Getting cold here in Florida too (only 62 for my run this morning :laugh: ) Took advantage and ran 12 miles.
