I don't like to log everything I eat because I usually do good it's just hard when your at an event or the rents house where these items are in front of you. I know if I have a few that's the end of me but I still give in at times thinking I am in control.

Your strategy sounds very intense! Have you tried doing some strength training and just eating right. You should enjoy your journey to a healthy lifestyle instead of suffering and seeing no results.

I love setting goals for myself. I have been doing every week/2weeks and months goal. I know what I want for the larger picture but celebrating little triumphs is SO much fun! Looking for accountability partners; add me as a friend if you like.

How do you feel though?! You shouldn't feel pressured to gain weight because others think you "look better" with additional weight.
