I've found that soda can cause belly bloat and that can feel very uncomfortable. Kicking the habit can have withdrawal side effects but one you're past that you should be ok. Try to add fresh fruit to your water for healthy flavor.

As long as you exercise and stay at a deficit then you should be ok. Also don't eat all of your exercise calories back :flowerforyou:
