I agree! thats exactly what I do. OR.... just completely ignore them! People like that freak out when you don't pay attention to their bull****. Trust me, my sister is the same way. Great idea! I lost about 15 lbs before I joined mfp and my ticker only shows the 8lbs I lost since joining. I'd much rather see 27 lbs lost on my ticker, its so much more encouraging! Great job!

My digital scale does the same thing to me! I've started weighing myself 3 times in a row to make sure I get a consistent result but I still don't trust my scale anymore. Maybe its time for new batteries or something? Whatever the reason, its driving me nuts

I dont see why not, as long as you stay at or under your sodium intake goal for the day. I started taking prenatal vitamins cuz I remember when I was pregnant with my son my hair and nails were long and in great condition. Def works for me.

i weigh myself everyday. I always see my numbers go down though so it gives me a nice boost for the rest of the day to know I lost some weight. Same here! i thought i was soooo fat when I was 15 and wore a size 12/13. Now I look back at my pictures and realize how perfectly beautiful and curvy I was. I'm wearing 17/18 now and i cant to fit in a 13 again.

Hey now, petey... the munchies are a scientifically proven medical phenomenon! Lol. That's why doctors prescribe it to anorexics and chemotherapy patients to stimulate their appetites.
