Its really going to be dependant on your weight etc. What one person burns wont necessarily be what you burn. Muscle does NOT weight MORE than fat. 1lb is 1lb.. Muscle just takes up less room then fat does, so your right, if you are losing inches then your are definitely on the right track and I personally think measuring yourself is a more accurate way to monitor progress then weighing yourself. Also agreed. Most restaurants stack loads of oil in the currys, which is probably why there so bad. When I cook all my indian food at home, i use frylight. Cuts out at least 300 cals, making a standard veggie curry around 120-300 cals depending on the veg instead of your restaurant curry which can usually be about 600+

Thanks for all your tips guys, I do find working out in the morning the easiest because I can just get it out of the way and then focus on the rest of the day! And I always feel better throughout the day when I have worked out in the mornings! I have more energy and feel more slim! I tend to eat more healthier too!! haha

I do this! Always put the food into my diary first as a guide to what to eat for the day. I also find this easier to stick to because i have to eat what ive logged, otherwise i generally will feel tempted to nibble on crap basically!!

I used to love peanut butter but then i read somewhere that almost every jar has some rodent hair in it and it totally put me off it!! I got some whey protien so i might start using that, i just really dont like the taste of it much! lol
