I've been doing 15-17 hour fasts. I love it. Less meal prepping, less calorie counting, and I'm not as sluggish in the morning.

I always get iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and half and half. May not be the best, but it sure beats out the 500+ calorie frapps. Most days I make my coffee at home though.

Chia seeds make it a lot more filling.

Oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, lunch meat (careful of the sodium though) cottage cheese, peanut butter, nuts etc. If you are snacking on veggies have some hummus or mashed avocado with them.

2x top and 18-20 pants. Now I am in a M top, and 10-12 pants.

I have lost 73lbs since last April. Eating at a deficit and working out. No fancy wraps, pills, or detox drinks. I could have lost more, but I love my Friday nights beer, and when I started working it's been harder to focus on weight loss. I still have about 18lbs I would like to lose. Started at 245 and am now at 172.

I am a lot more active now, I have way more faith in myself, I enjoy clothes shopping again, I dont always feel like the fat girl in the room, I feel better physically and mentally, so a lot lol. Chicken with bell pepper, lime juice, cilantro, and onion for tacos. Chicken and buffalo sauce for sandwiches, pinto beans cooked down, drained, and smashed for bean burritos.

I am also pear shaped, and 5'6. I was 130lbs before getting pregnant, 160 after and ballooned up to 245 over the years. I am now at 191 with the goal to get to 160 and re evaluate. I looked better at 160 than I did 130, so I am pretty confidant that I am not interested in being that small again. Its different for everybody…

You are supposed to weigh it dry. There are some rough estimates online to help you convert dry to cooked though. I weighed a serving of pasta dry one time then cooked it separately from the pasta for my family, weighed it again once it was cooked, and saved it in the "my foods" portion of my diary.

I eat a lot of no butter added popcorn, but I spray it with 0 calorie cooking spray then use the flavored powders lol. I also buy pretzel sticks, the ones I get are 110 calories for 42 sticks. Other than that vegetables. I particularly like baby carrots and grape tomato's.

I just accept that it sucks, but if I am eating at a deficit than its water weight. I drink a ton of water and stick to my routine over the next couple days to get it off. I was up 2lbs yesterday from drinking beer Friday night. A pound of that was already gone this morning. Drink lots of water and keep on truckin'.

I haven't dealt with this, but it sounds like he is really insecure. I am assuming you have already talked to him, but maybe just reassure him that this is about you being healthy and you aren't there to socialize. Maybe counseling if you feel its extreme enough. Good luck!

I bought clothes when I got sick of constantly pulling my pants up lol. I shop at thrift stores, especially on dollar days. I have had to switch jean sizes several times already, and my budget doesn't allow me to buy new every couple months. When I get to goal I will likely reward myself with new clothes.

You can add me also. I started at 245, down to 194, and aiming for 160, and then I will evaluate from there if I want to lose more.

Cook them with some onion, add shredded chicken, lime juice, and cilantro. I use it for tacos, but it is just as good on its own.
