I have been using online calculators to track my body fat. I was using active.com, but switched when it said I was entering "fitness," because I know that isn't accurate. I have been trying to stay in the 1200-1500 calorie range. I am usually closer to 1200. I feel full on that, but allow myself up to 1500 if not.
